(June 10, 2018, 1:04 pm)A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were out rug-shopping, and we just happened to drive past the RugStudio. Neither of us had heard of it, but there it was, so we made a u-turn and went inside. The customer service was excellent. The rug we brought home was too small, but we were able to exchange it for a rug that is the right size, and it's beautiful.
