I had the BEST experience at this Z Gallerie store. Brian went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. He is knowledgeable about the merchandise—beyond this, he sincerely cares about his customers and this should absolutely be recognized! My purchase was a little bit complicated because the item I wanted to purchase wasn’t in stock at this store and he helped me through the process. I will certainly be a lifelong customer after this experience! THANK YOU!

My experience at Z Gallerie was amazing. The customer service provided by Johan was superb. He was extremely attentive to my needs. Actually everyone there are amazing. Everyone I go there I get great service that's why I always go to this location.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PARTICULAR STORE!! Bryan, the assistant manager was AMAZING! I drove from San Antonio and it was a blessing working with him and the staff. Excellent customer service! He even helped me with a previous order that I had to cancel! Will absolutely be coming back!

I came into the store the other day looking for furniture options for my home and I was immediately greeted by a joyful individual and name was Brian. Even though I was not prepared to purchase, Brian was able to show me fantastic options and items that I really believe will make my home shine. We had an amazing experience at Z Gallerie this past weekend. We traveled up from San Antonio since we no longer have a local store. I had several items in my cart but I wanted to actually see the pieces I would be purchasing so we decided to make the drive to Dallas. We arrived right as the store opened and Brian quickly greeted us as we walked in. Brian made our experience absolutely wonderful! He was extremely friendly and immediately started tracking all of the items I was picking. We were in the store for about 2.5 hours but it didn’t feel like it. Brain was so awesome and we felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. If you are looking to go to Z Gallerie you definitely have to go see Brian. We are looking forward to future purchases!
