I was treated with respect professionalism patience and caring concern from the time I arrived for my appointment until the time I left with both the receptionist and the hearing instrument specialist. I would highly recommend this professional business to all that would ask and to all I volunteer the information to. I thank you kindly for the way I was treated. I was educated and diagnosed with my full understanding of my diagnosis.

April Whitney is helpful and knowledgeable and so nice -- she makes the visits to the Office very pleasant. Linda, at the front desk, is also pleasant and personable, working hard to accommodate us in making appointments because we have to drive about 50 miles to get to the Office in Stark. We have nothing but positive things to say about both the Service and the Products we have received.
I highly recommend U.S. Hearing Solutions. The care that my mother has gotten there is wonderful. April went above and beyond to make sure that my mother got the best quality hearing aides and moved heaven and earth to get them as affordable as she possibly could. She is so patient, understanding and companionate. She takes the time to make sure her patients are cared for as if it were her own family member. We can not thank her enough.
Please know that April Whitney your Customer Technician at the Starke office and Linda in the front office are two FANTASTIC employees that represent your company with ultra Customer Service. Their dedication to the Customer is above reproach! Ms. April is highly skilled and knowledgeable in serving the Customer in their hearing aid needs. Her ability to relate to the Customer and then communicate in a positive manner is one of the reasons that I enjoy your company and its products! Above there are only five-star ratings however if I were able, April and her office would rate Ten Stars. Congratulations to your Starke Office Team for a job that is always 'Above the Best'!!
