Edit: Following my review below, the owner Ms Maggie contacted me personally to apologise and arrange a new appointment.
She came herself on her day off to cut my toddler’s hair and did a beautiful job!

Unreliable and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed!
I booked a haircut for my 19 month old son almost two weeks in advance for a Sunday morning (with Abbey). Later on that day we were going to have pictures with Santa. I had an appointment reminder the day before and we were eagerly awaiting the hairdresser to come to our house as this was going to be his second haircut since he was born. He cried a lot at his first which was at a salon so I decided that a home one might be better for him.
We waited and waited at the arranged time.. nobody came..After an hour I called the number listed on the site- nobody answered so I left a voicemail. 2 hours later- no call back and no show of the hairdresser. We left for the Santa pictures..sadly instead of looking sharp and cool, my son has to pose with his overgrown shabby barnet.
Never got a call back or an apology from the owner of the company.
For a company that is supposedly geared towards children’s haircuts- if you can not make the appointment (which is not even a last minute booking)-do let the customer know so they can make other haircut arrangements and do not disappoint the kids! Shameful

Ms. Maggie has cut our family’s hair for years. We love her and her convenient service.

Great service, it’s nice having the hair salon coming to you!
