Ajay is amazing. I always look forward to my appointment with him. It's an incredibly restful and rejuvenating time with stretching, meditating, and breathing. It's a critical part of my recovery each week.

Signed up for a virtual stretch and mobility session for the first time not knowing what to expect given that it was virtual. From the ease of logging in, the clarity in which Ajay instructed and his attentiveness to not only showing me form over the computer but also paying attention to my form was on point. Virtual sessions are a great alternative with no compromises and look forward to my next session next week.
