When we're done with items (strollers, toys, you name it) they come pick it up and handle everything. We were surprised how much money we could make!

They went above and beyond to answer my questions, help me select the best stroller and even worked with me through an ordering snafu that was completely my fault. Responsive kind and helpful. Highly recommend
(December 11, 2020, 7:23 pm)Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Good Buy Gear. I bought a crib a few months ago, which was delivered just as expected. I just bought a stroller- open box condition. Unfortunately, when we put it together it had a defective frame. I emailed Good Buy Gear. They responded within 24 hours (I sent the mail on a weekend and still got a reply)! They sent a replacement, which I had within a few days. They are quick to respond and will find a resolution. I will continue buying from them!
