(August 26, 2019, 10:09 pm)Contacted these guys to save rug that was made of viscose. Course I didn't know viscose didn't like water. Like any water at all. Turns colors. Anyway Spencer came out and grabbed the rug, week or so later rug was back and looked new. Appreciate the effort and the customer service. Highly recommended.
