(September 6, 2020, 12:23 am)I've been going to see Dr. Karl for a few years now; I always enjoy working with him. I usually don't have to wait very long to be seen, and I haven't had any issues with insurance or billing. I would give this office five stars if the girls up front would smile and be more friendly. I usually go first thing in the morning, so maybe they're still sleepy =)

(January 23, 2020, 3:41 pm)My husband and I have been going to Bent Tree for years. Karl and his staff are great. The ladies in the front are always so welcoming. Karl has always made us feel comfortable and took time explaining things to us. One of the medical assistance in the back always seems moody and very unfriendly, but other than that our visits at Bent Tree has always been great .

(December 31, 2019, 1:46 pm)For those of you frightened by the 1 star ratings, I have no idea what that’s about. Karl, the PA, has been fantastic. Love him. Never had any trouble with this practice.
