Hyde Park at Montfort

Super cute and attractive location! Staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions. If it wasn’t for a job opportunity in another area we would’ve definitely stayed here.

Leasing staff was great the entire process. All of my questions were answered and the apartment looked great for move in. Nidia was great through the entire process and was very helpful. She had everything ready for move-in day and made me feel welcome all while being fast and efficient as I had a furniture delivery scheduled. Great team great atmosphere great experience!!

I currently live here and so far it has been really good! Pricing is affordable but the units are recently renovated. All of my maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner and they fixed. I put in a maintenance request in last night for my AC that wasn’t working and today they came out figured out the problem within minutes and fixed it!

Had the pleasure of touring with Shawn, such a sweet and knowledgeable gentleman. Gave me all of the information I needed and even more that I wouldn’t have thought to ask which I loved. Not a pushy guy like other leasing agents I’ve encountered. Very respectful guy. I definitely recommend seeing him if you’re coming to tour here.
