Thanks so much to Daniel the branch manager and Jonathan for helping me today. Jonathan was thorough and Daniel was helpful warm and inviting. I instantly knew Daniel was the manager when I arrived. Not because if a dominating presence, but because of a helpful energy. Jonathan was SOOO patient in helping me and through no matter how long it took. I am appreciative to you'll both.

Salima Noorbhai is the sweetest, kindest, most gorgeous, brilliant, caring, honest, ethical, and super knowledgeable banker at First Convenience Bank on Montfort Rd. in Dallas,Tx. She goes out of her way to assist me and all my banking needs. She goes "over and beyond" to make your banking experience a memorable and pleasant one. Always outstanding in everything she does and says. She is so kind to everyone, all the customers and her fellow banker colleagues...very respectable toward everyone...She always has a kind word and a "how are you" to everybody. Everyone loves her! She is the reason i patronize FC Bank and am a member. Salima is truly an asset to First Convenience Bank and because of Salima, i'll always remain with FC Bank and tell everyone about First Convenience Bank! They're starting to do a little better. New employees and manager but I liked the old manager as well. The newer tellers don't take as long to help me and don't argue me ever over redicilous things. The new employees customer service is better.

I've been with First Convenience Bank now for almost four years. I've moved around a LOT but this is by far the best branch. In fact the manager from the previous branch I banked at moved over here. Always accommodating, efficient, polite, and available to take care of what you need. From the manager to the tellers always a pleasant experience.
