It's amazing to read such bad reviews about the company and CEO the company. From myself I can say that I turned to RJR when in another company in Denver after I paid for much more than RJR I waited for my passport and visa for three weeks instead of the promised 10 days service and my passport and visa were not so ready in three weeks.
