  The staff (Selena & Edin) were so help when my keys & phone got stuck inside my car. I needed assistance and all I did was call the office (used someone else’s phone) and they took care of everything. Since I didn’t have my phone they called roadside assistance for me, and took care of literally everything from the beginning to the end. I’m so appreciative and they have totally gone above and beyond for me. Being pregnant has made me so emotional, lol but I stayed so calm and I’m glad to say I have my keys, purse and phone back. I’m so so so so happy. ????????

  Flor Lisette is the most professional insurance worker I have had the privilege to work with. She really cares about us as clients and makes you feel taken care of. Go to her for your insurance needs and you won't be disappointed.

  Imelda's office is the perfect place to go for all your Insurance & even house refinancing needs! Everyone is so helpful & very knowledgeable. I've been working directly w/Flor Munoz concerning some really great Life insurance coverage. She's helped me out when times got tough to lower the coverage price & always explains everything so easily. She's a true expert! I highly recommend using this office for your auto, life, home insurance/coverage needs.

  The customer service at this location is absolutely wonderful. I have been dealing with this agent for about 5 years and I have no complaints. If i have any questions a representative is always available to assist. I definitely recommend Abel, he truly goes out of his way to make sure you understand what you are signing up for. Always feel very welcoming and love visiting this insurance place. Making the clients feel great everytime we have a problem.
