(May 31, 2022, 11:52 am)I made an appointment to meet in person with a "Relationship Manager" specialist regarding a credit card account opened fraudently in my name. Sam Farag was prompt, sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable - he took the time to call BOA and resolve the issue while I was in his office. I would definitely return to meet with Mr. Farag if ever needed in the future.
