(August 15, 2022, 6:10 pm)Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and given my paperwork. After turning it in to the receptionist,I was sent an email with a link to complete my paperwork. Shortly after that I was escorted to the back to start my physical. The clinic was very clean,the employees professional,pleasant and respectful as well as the physician that saw me.
