  Fantastic and tasty at a good price.
  This location was featured in a FOX TV series called "The Good Guys" with Detective Dan Stark. The incredible BBQ sauce helped solve the case!

  BBQ and service at this place is excellent. The service was very sociable and kind. Prices were good for how much you get. Makes me feel like I am back in Sacramento.

  Fantastic BBQ! The location looks pretty seedy from the outside, but the job they do on the inside is just perfect. Food and service were just wonderful. But do not expect an upscale place...you go to Hickory for fantastic food!

  Fantastic food, great selection of side items. Down home cooking without all the fancy attitude. Great prices. Burger basket was great and way better than any fast-food combo, plus cheaper. This place rocks.

  This is the best independent barbecue joint in Dallas! Great breakfast too. But you can't go wrong with a good old sliced brisket sandwich. Also, they have awesome music on Friday nights. Since 1952 serving great food and supporting local musical artists. Gotta be happy with that!!!!
