I loved living here. Peter was so helpful getting us into our lease even when we were 2500 miles away. Any time I needed to talk to him it was a pleasure Talking to him and getting approved was such a relief for such a big move.

I rented a renovated unit. It was ok and from my perspective of West Coast rental pricing, very affordable. However, if you do not have that perspective it might seem pricy. Having an in unit laundry machine is a must. You don't pay extra for water because the whole building splits the costs of water. If you use the onsite machines in a shared room you have to pay. I'm so glad I payed a bit extra monthly for in unit

The pool was fun but not always a clean as I would have liked. My kid loved playing with the other kids there all summer. I loved it too. Being next to The Park and their playgrounds was great!

The maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. And my neighbors (I was in building 2) were all fine to live next to. It's in South Park and you get access to SP schools so it's got that going for it if you're a parent.

If I had not felt pressured to buy a house fast because of rising interest rates, I would have stayed there longer and get adjusted to PGH a bit more. I only lived there 3 months but it was a fun summer with the pool.

P.s. The pictures look nicer than the actual units (typical) but they aren't bad in person..I was really nervous about this as I couldn't do a tour as I was so far away.

I have been living at Park Place for almost two years now and I have enjoyed it so much. The maintenance workers are always timely and efficient in their jobs. The leasing agent Peter and property manager Georgann are very understanding and lovely people! Sometimes we do have some frustrating neighbors to deal with but that’s what comes with living in an apartment complex and we have more good people than bad. Our apartment is quite beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to live. Please consider living here!!!!
