Very professional from the staff checking you in to the staff after the procedure. Dr Williams has a wonderful bedside manner and the nurses and my anesthesiologist made me feel at ease. 💯 recommended
This is my second time having my colonoscopy with Dr. Nunez! The staff, nurses and team was really awesome. Dr. Nunez has awesome bedside manners and I felt like I was in good hands! Highly recommend!!
Overall I was impressed by the staff and the Care. My only concern was that I felt a bit rushed going in and coming out of my procedure. I understand they have to keep people moving in a setting like that, but that seem to take precedence over concern for boat the individual patient might be experiencing. That is the one piece of feedback I would offer them.
Punctual, friendly staff at check in. Had an appointment at 9, arrived early and was done by 9! The nurses and anesthesiologist were terrific! Caring and efficient. Dr Jain is professional but not “sterile” everyone made a very unpleasant procedure bearable. I felt I received excellent care throughout.
