I ended up needing and entire unit replacement. Thinking that I would have to sit in a cooler of dry ice for a few sunsets, I was surprised to discover that they would have me up and running with the replacement the same day! fantastic. highly recommended.

I've just completely replaced my air and heating units and felt like I received a very fair price. The service is amazing. Rick always goes out of his way to make sure everything is working perfectly. I give B&B 5 stars!!!
