Everyone i have come in contact with (&in 3+ years for various needs that is several) have been knowledgeable, caring, & professional. When they needed to come for a long time, the nurses became like personal friends I looked forward to seeing who were always “there” for me & I was almost sad to recover from my need for a nurse. Eminent is a wonderful, dependable home healthcare company I very highly recommend.
Since 2011 working with Eminent I've never seeing nothing but outstanding and respect for their patients and workers. We have a wonderful Health Aid. My dad is no easy case but his Aid is so patient and kind that he cooperates gladly. She helps him with whatever he needs and we are grateful.
My mother has received services from Eminent for almost a year and we love the care she receives. The owner, Valsa, came to our home for the initial visit and was able to match us with the perfect Personal Care Assistant (Selena R.). We'd experienced difficulty finding a patient PCA for my mother who suffers with Alzheimer's. We now have peace of mind and our stress has been relieved. The staff is very professional and caring. I highly recommend this agency. We also receive In-Home Respite Care through Eminent. We are also extremely satisfied with our Respite Care.
