  Michael summersnmmewas great to deal with! He was very friendly, informative, and great with his customer service. This was my first experience Leasing a storage and Micheal definitely played a major roll in assisting myself with understanding the insurance, leasing agreement, the actual facility, regulations, requirements, etc. Thank you guys!

  Travis and Rachel are very nice, they always help me when i need it. Rent for a storage is a good rate!

  After receiving bad customer service at two other locations I came to the Forest Lane location. The manager Travis and employee Rachel were great. I arrived 20min before they closed, had reserved a space online. It ended up being the wrong size and Travis with patience showed me 3 other units. He worked with me on the price and was extremely kind even though it put him past closing time. I appreciate the good customer service! It is hard to come by these days!

  I can't say enough good things about the management of this self storage. When I originally rented a unit here it was a last minute switch from another storage facility and I wasn't able to get to their office til nearly closing time. They stayed late to help me get my unit rented & still took the time to answer all my questions and show me the property. It would be great to see the kind of customer service that Travis and Rachel exemplify put in practice everywhere. They could stand as an example to the industry of how to run a business successfully, balancing a professional enforcement of policy that allows me to feel safe accessing my unit and be comfortable with the knowledge that my belongings are in good hands with fantastic guest relations. Great job!
