  I’ve been having Ketamine infusions here for 2 years now. Hands down the best staff around. The entire staff knows me by name and my comfort is always most important. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, CRNA’s and the administrator are top notch. When having an emergency pain day I’ve been able too get scheduled and get some relief. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of me!!!

  I have been receiving ketamine infusions for over a year now. I have severe chronic pain (genetic condition)which has also caused anxiety/ depression. I can hardly find the words to describe the kindness and professionalism of the nurses, anesthesiologists and the hospital’s ADMINISTRATOR. The nurses know me by name and greet with smiles. There are some nurses that will walk into my room just to check on me like we were old friends. Seriously when was the last time that happened to you when dealing with our healthcare system.
  
  The infusions have not magically made my pain disappear but now I have days when my pain doesn’t consume my life 24/7.
  
  Mercy is very close to 5 stars but the front desk staff could use a little reminder that details matter when paperwork and initial communication with patients are vital for our care.
  
  Thank you to the staff, you have helped give me back a little part of my old self before I developed chronic pain

  Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Hoover is very skilled and always available for questions and concerns. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing pain relief.
