  I have lived here for about a year and I love my apartment . When I first moved in there were some pest problems but I took the time to do my research and I have not had any pest issues in about 10 months. The office staff and maintenance staff is really nice and polite . The maintenance team is very quick about coming to fix issues I’ve had. In the winter I had an issue with one of my cabinet doors falling off the hinge and it had been so long that I finally fixed it myself. Sometimes they take a little long to get to my apartment but it’s only a 3 guy team so I understand. The few issues that I have with the complex is that I pay for a parking spot every month and periodically there is someone parked in my spot where I have had to call the towing company, leave a note on the car or wait for the guest to come back to their car. This is very frustrating that people can just park in the spots of residents that pay for those spots. I also wish that they would put washer and dryer connections in the upstairs apartments just because that makes things a little easier. Sometimes there is a lot of trash outside left from residence so maybe if we can get a better system of getting things cleaned up then that would be great. But the rent is affordable and around my building it is very quiet and I have always felt safe here. I have noticed that they are working to make some exterior renovations and I like what I see so far but it just seems as though it’ll take a really long time to get things done with the small amount of people that I see working outside. I haven’t had any issues with my car being vandalized or my apartment. I also have a alarm on my apartment and a camera doorbell so I can see everything that goes on. I’ve never had any of my packages stolen. I just renewed my lease for 6 more months and as long as the rent is still pretty decent I will stay as long as no other problems arise. The pool not being open doesn’t ibother me at all. I love it here!

  love this property and the staff is here friendly and welcoming, my wife feels safe all the time because the gates are always close after hours and their is a walgreens around! i love the new color they’re putting!! ????????????????

  Great apartments, the staff is awesome and is always happy. Maintenance is fast when needed to solve any problems. So happy to live here
