(March 5, 2020, 5:06 pm)We were here over the weekend for the NCA All-Star Cheer Competition. The rooms and amenities (gym and pool) were clean and the staff did everything they could to accommodate our big group.
On one particular morning, the athletes competed early and the staff opened the breakfast area earlier than their regular scheduled time so that the athletes were able to grab something to eat. On another evening, we ordered in some pizza and salad for a team dinner and the hotel allowed us to use the downstairs tables and chairs to eat. After a long day of competition and practice, the best thing to do was to come back to the hotel and relax. Lastly, they tried their best to accommodate the teams by having them stay on the same floor. This made for such great team bonding.
Thank you to the management and staff (especially Bella). Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Our two cheer teams had a great time at your hotel during our stay in Dallas, TX. -

(February 29, 2020, 9:16 am)Your lovely front desk woman, Bella was a true pleasure! She didn’t mind that I had a group of girls (ages 8-12) in the lobby playing, since we didn’t want to wake people up upstairs. Of course it wasn’t too late, but she let the girls indulge themselves a bit and have some fun. We had a lovely conversation, Bella is a true gem when it comes to providing a top notch hospitality experience! Thank you, Bella!

(December 31, 2019, 12:14 pm)Very clean. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We booked last minute and had a good rate. It is next to a highway(not busy) but it was quiet. We ate the free breakfast and it was clean and tidy. There wasn't any leftover mess and they had two people working the area. We would recommend it.
