Diversicare at Lake Highlands

Great place!! I was placed at this center to finish my last rotation of graduate school and I could not have asked for a better rotation! All the staff was very welcoming and caring. I was able to work along side with the Therapy Team (speech, physical, and occupational therapy) and I learned so much about patient care! All the staff was very professional and patient, not only the patients but also with me as I was still learning. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place for Skilled Nursing Facility, especially for therapy.

I've been working with a few patients in this facility with the therapists (Roy, Richard and DOR Anish) and nursing staff and have nothing but great things to say. All of therapists I have met are highly skilled, professional, and caring for their patients along with the nursing staff. There are several therapy gyms in the facility, all of them are clean and well stocked with equipment necessary for rehabilitation.

Angels! This place is staffed by angels. My father lived his last 6-weeks here. The staff was caring, gentle and so wonderful with him and our family. I can’t recommend it enough!

This home is amazing. My brother and I have had my mother in several homes in the Dallas area and Diversicare of Lake Highlands has been our favorite pick. The nursing staff is caring and listens to our opinions on our mother's needs. The kitchen manager helps us daily to ensure mother gets what she wants. Also, the administrative team is there every minute of everyday. I love the feeling that I can call Chris the administrator and Jennifer the head of nursing 24 hours a day and they answer. Chris is always on the halls help the staff and making sure the residents are getting everything they need. Keep up the GOOD work guys !
