(October 9, 2019, 2:16 pm)Dr. Hollenshead and her staff are absolutely AMAZING! She became my Doctor before starting her Concierge Practice. I loved her when she was a part of Uptown Medical Group and would drive any distance necessary to stay with her! Dr. Hollenshead has always been interested in discussing anything that was going on with life that might impact my health. That said, I can't say enough about her Concierge Practice. You feel like you have your own personal medical office with dedicated staff! There is never a wait time, you never are made to feel like Dr. Hollenshead is "rushed", the office is aesthetically pleasing, and extremely clean. (You certainly don't feel like you're in a Medial facility! I've been to some facilities that certainly didn't appear clean.) I have grown to view upcoming appointment(s) with excitement. I'm excited to see everyone at the office. In short, it feels like a "gathering" of friends ... with one exception; I ALWAYS get the best advice and leave feeling much better ... even if it's a routine visit, I'm not sick or have anything impacting my health. If you expect / want a Doctor and facility that treats not only your symptoms and known / ongoing issues, but rather partners with you to assist with success in meeting your personal health related goals, you need to to utilize this office / Doctor.
