Neville Dental, PA

I have high dental anxiety...when I visited this establishment they actually had to wait for my heart rate to go down...its bad anxiety. However, dr Neville was honest, upfront, careful, and precise. I ended up having to get a crown lengthening performed and he walked me through the procedure and was honest that it may not work (it ended up working great!) but that the procedure wasn’t a sure thing. He at no point tried to force me into making a decision and was honest concerning the outcome. My procedure went great and dr Neville kept me informed throughout. Recovery was a breeze. I ended up getting to keep my tooth and did not require further treatment. After all this, my insurance company gave us the run around but dr Neville and his excellent staff worked with me through it all and communicated with my insurance until they paid for the service. I can not recommend this establishment enough! Excellent customer service and care at each stage of the process.

Everyone here was incredibly nice and good at what they do. This was maybe the first doctor's appointment I've ever been to that they were not only on time, but actually got me in about 2 minutes early. They didn't try to have me get a bunch of unnecessary procedures done like some dentists do, they just got done what was needed.

Very impressed with this office. The entire staff is wonderful and both Dr. Helena and Dr. Nicholas were great. I would very much recommend this office to anyone.
