This place may be pricey, the only reason I stopped here was because it was right down the street from my relatives house. I’ve had a terrible experience with an oil change place before that had stripped my oil plug. I shared my experience with the employees and they made no hesitation to ensure full transparency with the entire process. They told me that my new oil plug seemed a bit rough and so they used a suction device to replace my oil. Elijah made sure to show me the dipstick afterwards and Noah explained very clearly why I may need to replace my oil pan. These kids were trustworthy and I could read it in their faces. They know what your vehicle means to you, and they’ll give great attention to detail with even the simplest task of an oil change. Keep up the great work and one day when y’all have your own businesses you will go far in life.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this location. Every time, I have a different person working in my car, and every time, they are kind, polite, and honest. It has been really difficult for me, as a young woman, to find a car place where I feel safe and I don’t get talked down to. The technicians explain everything they’re doing without making you feel stupid. I go out of my way to go to this Take 5. Love it!
