  Dr. Nguyen and her office staff are extremely friendly and professional. Everybody at this location goes above and beyond to assist you in taking care of all your optometry needs. I especially appreciated the office staff taking the time to ensure I understand all the benefits of my vision insurance to help me make the best use of my policy. I highly recommend EyeVenue to anybody in Dallas that needs an optometrist.

  Great experience here!! I needed to book an appointment same day to take advantage of my insurance running out and she fit me in within 30 minutes. Dr. Nguyen was super detailed and when she was on the fence about my prescription she gave me two pairs of contacts to try out so we could make sure I was in the ones that were more comfortable. She took her time and we went back and forth between the two prescriptions until she was 100% sure. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful!

  I was experiencing some discomfort with my glasses, and they went above and beyond to help identify and correct it. Dr. Nguyen and Tami were extremely professional and polite, and the entire staff was knowledgable and provided great service. They have an in-house lab so I never had to wait long on my glasses. I would definitely recommend them!

  Eyevenue is the best optometrist that I have been to! The staff are very friendly, and the location is convenient. If you get contacts here they will give you a trial pair, and they provide free glasses cleaning and adjustments. They also have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. I love supporting fellow Lower Greenville businesses!

  I was in and out in half an hour with a new contact prescription. I've been here two years in a row and the customer service is excellent. Dr Nguyen is warm and very thorough. The front desk even filled out the rebate for my contacts for me. The machines they use to check your eye health seem very modern and there's no painful puffer test. Highly recommend :)
