  Really nice atmosphere. The staff from front desk to the medical assistants in the back are nice and welcoming.

  I’ve been going here for almost two years and I moved to the suburbs and still drive over 30 minutes just to see Kendra. She always seems to remember me and takes a genuine interest in my health. She also laughs at my jokes so 10/10 recommend her. I’ve told all my friends to go to her too.

  Had a good experience with Kendra.Much better than the doctor I was seeing.My only negative experience was the MA,Melissa hence the 4 stars.I was told to wait for the specialist clinic to call me for an appointment but a week and half had passed but no call.It didn’t seem right so I emailed & texted Melissa to give me information of the clinic so I could call in myself.She didn’t respond to either of them & finally I called the front desk of Lakewood Health & someone else gave me the information.Turns out the specialist I was to see was booked till January and I was immediately made to see another specialist.In this age of technology,a quick email or text from Melissa giving me the information I needed would have been easy.

  My first visit to Lakewood Family Health was for non-invasive allergy testing. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the visit. My consult was with Kendra, who made me feel very welcomed. Her explanation of the results was thorough and I never felt rushed. I appreciated the professionalism and hospitality, from the welcome that I received at the front desk to the administration of the tests by Monica. Thank you!
