Victoria the rep, was not only very knowledgeable and cordial, but was very down to earth and really excelled at making me feel welcomed, from the first time I sat down she explained my options and also guided me in order for me to get my best quote. Highly recommend this place to be insured. If the quote is not right, I bet the staff here will.

Two words VICTORIA ORTIZ!!!! Were do I begin, First off I've worked at an insurance company (statefarm grand prairie location off of Beltline) she is better than my previous manager and all the staff.. VICTORIA is extremely professional ,very nice and sympathetic,Very knowledgeable and helpful.This BOSS needs a promotion with a raise!
