  Went to the mockingbird location to switch phones and was told I needed to buy a sim card and activate for 27$. Came here and the sweet girl activated my phone and switched it over for free. Will be coming back for any future purchases.

  Been a patron here for years just wish it wasn't so hot all the time lol. The merchants are always very accommodating to our needs and very pleasant

  The location may not be in the most convenient area however I am glad that I chose to go to this Metro PCS the day that I decided to switch over to their service. As usual I'm forgetting the name of the woman that helped me that day , she was ethnic and probably in her mid-twenties and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to me tell her exactly what I wanted and help direct me to which phone and which plan was the best for me and then a week later I came in and my husband joined the plan and got a phone as well because of her great service. Honestly if you're in the Dallas area and looking to change your service over to MetroPCS I would drive an extra 5 to 10 miles to go to this location over other locations such as the one on Coit Road near LBJ where the gentleman that tried to help my husband was incredibly pushy and unhelpful and actually lied to us about the promotions. It's worth the extra 10 to 20 minute drive to go to this location where the staff was straightforward and helpful and gave great customer service.

  Awesome staff...overpriced accessories,but I'm sure you already know better than to buy anything at an authorized dealer of any phone. Wireless Depot on Harry hines for that. I just didn't feel like driving there.
