  I have had my unit for 4 years, and although it has changed management a couple of times over that period, I have had NO bad issues or experiences there, especially with current manager, Jerry.
  Even when I would get confused on due date, I had no problem with late fees, and there was never a issue with it. Jerry has been super since he took over, and although I finally found the right apartment and finally moved all items out, IF I should ever need to store things again, it will be here.
  
  Jerry, your the best, bro!

  Just about through with my storage unit...I've been here with Dallas Self Storage for a year, finally got into a home of my own...But I must say if anyone in this area is looking for a storage facility with great prices clean safe atmosphere and with a customer friendly Manager and staff, This is the place!!! I did have a bit of an issue in the beginning of my lease agreement with not knowing about the monthly increase but I guess with bad past experiences of this and also with my experience and bringing it to Jerry's attention he knew how to fix the problem with no complaints and is now upfront and and on it with notifications sent out by mail or email...He is here to help with any concerns and issue, we the customers just have to be commutable with our storage facility so that way they can take care of us...Just a heads up!!! But this place is Great!!!

  Moved out of a house into a small apartment, so looking for a storage was a must. I searched away in my area and Dallas Self Storage beat every other storage's prices around here. This place has a great manger, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and showed me around. It also had a very clean environment. If you are looking for a storage, this place is it.

  I have been INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with Jerry and all the staff!! I am very pleased with my unit and access and feeling of safety too! They are all so personable and helpful and I can see they sincerely care about their customers.
