  Strong Dallas is an INCREDIBLE gym! Though I was only a member for the 3 months that I was in Dallas, I grew to love this gym so much. From day 1, I felt warmly welcomed in an intentional way by everyone in the gym community. All of the coaches are incredibly gifted and highly skilled, and they truly care about each and every athlete’s success. I continually felt challenged to strive for greater excellence in my fitness, but I also had so much FUN doing it! It really blessed me to be a part of this wonderful community. This is hands-down one of the best gyms around!!!!

  I love getting to come into STRONG CrossFit everyday and get better along with some great people, workout with incredible coaches. This place is gem. Definitely recommend.

  There are not enough words to describe how amazing Strong is. I have been going to this gym for two years, and it has changed my life. The awesome people you meet, the caring coaches, and more importantly, Gale (the rock star owner who makes an effort to still teach classes on a weekly basis and knows every member by name) make Strong more than just a gym — it’s a family. If you’re looking for a community of people who will motivate you to achieve goals you never thought possible than Strong is where you need to go. Hands down! Best. Crossfit. Gym. Ever.

  Dropped in from Florida... This place is fantastic! Great people and great coaching! I have been doing CF for years going to different boxes and I can tell an owner’s passion for good form and good workouts! Tks

  BEST GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN APART OF! I DROPPED IN AT CROSSFIT STRONG AND IMMEDIATELY WISHED I LIVED CLOSE ENOUGH TO BE A MEMBER. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR MOTIVATION AND COACHES WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS, STRONG IS THE PLACE TO GO! GALE KNOWS HOW TO DO IT RIGHT! ANYTIME I AM STAYING WITHIN AN HOUR OF THIS GYM, ILL BE IN FOR A WORKOUT!
