  This has been by far the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! Gregory Langfeldt went above and beyond, his customer service is phenomenal!!!! He made the process so easy and smooth. I work for a busy company and Gregory took the time to bring the car to me, as I was unable to go to the dealership. He was attentive and kept me informed the whole time this truly has been the best experience!

  Terry was patient, answered all my questions. He was kind and very helpful. I highly recommend anyone shopping at Jaguar Land Rover Dallas to ask for Terry because he will go above and beyond to help you leave the dealership with the perfect car that you want. Terry gave me a 5 star experience and he will give you one, too! Jeremy in financing was respectful, fast and efficient. He helped me choose the best warranty for my new vehicle and I'm so glad I have the peace of mind to know my car is taken care of, inside and out! I had a wonderful buying experience and would recommend Jaguar Land Rover to a friend or family member looking to purchase a beautiful luxury car.

  WOW! Just blown away and still on cloud 9 from my experience here. Mike McGovern is an amazing sales executive and made this process so easy for me!! He went above and beyond and made sure I understood everything about my brand new car. Dylan from the finance office was also AMAZING! He took his time to go over each and every document I was signing and offered me great personal advice too. I am truly blown away by the way these stellar employees conduct business! 10/10!!!! Great representation of Land Rover, surrounding dealerships should take notes.

  We had a really great experience with the people at Jaguar of Dallas and our sales consultant Jerry Hinton. Let me first say that we're about 160 miles north of Dallas in McAlester and my communications with them began with a phone call and an email. The people at this dealership and specifically Jerry were extremely helpful and patient. There was never any pressure, only what I perceived as a genuine desire to help us make the best choice and get us a great deal. My trip down to see them was delayed, however, Jerry continued to communicate and provide updates as they came up. We finally made it down and looked at a couple of other vehicles other than the one I was initially interested in. Jerry was patient in this process as well, again, no pressure, only concern about my needs. As we finalized the deal Jerry made the extra effort to make us feel comfortable. Even working with their finance department once the details of the deal were closed was both quick and pleasant. Their finance manager, who's name escapes me, unfortunately, was great, getting us a fantastic interest rate, and once again, for those of you that have experienced this end of the deal, did not apply any undue pressure or inappropriate tactics. He simply laid out some options, asked if we were interested, we made our choice and he left it at that. In summary; I've bought a great number of vehicles over the years, both high end and low budget, and I have to say that by far, this is the best experience I've ever had with an auto dealership. They have earned my respect and my return business. I highly recommend seeing them for both new LandRover/Jaguar purchases as well as any pre-owned vehicle needs. Oh, and by the way, the vehicle we bought was a Certified Preowned Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport in Caesium Blue. The Jaguars Certified program is second to none out there. Great vehicle and fun to drive. I've owned (2) XK's in the past, and for an SUV... Supercharged V6... it is phenomenal in performance, drivability, and in style. - JJohnson 7/2020
