My experience with Dr. Jaffe and his staff was exceptional. They immediately put me at ease and were very helpful with appointments. Dr. Jaffe was very thorough when explaining the procedure and very patient with my questions. The procedure was essentially painless and recovery was minimal. His staff was great to follow up with me after my procedure and caring enough to relay any methods that would help me with bruising and swelling. I am very satisfied with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe.
Dr. Mark Jaffe has been recommended to me by friends for years. Last week I became a patient. The entire staff provided me with excellent care. The office was easy to find. When I walked into the front door I was greeted with friendly smiles and I was so nervous about this appointment. The staff really made this appointment so nice and easy for me. Dr. Jaffe came into the room and was so amazing! I was beyond scared and he reassured all of my worries. I really needed to have a procedure done that same day and lucky for me he was able to do it. I felt very confident that Dr. Jaffe was the right choice for me. I would highly recommend this amazing doctor and his staff. Thank you for every staff member who helped me this past Thursday.
Dr. Jaffe's office staff is always personable, attentive and efficient. All of my appointments have been on time. Dr. Jaffe's surgical skills are outstanding. He truly cares about my well-being and the successful outcome of surgery is of the utmost importance to him. I would strongly recommend Dr. Mark Jaffe to anyone considering such surgery.
My eyelids were stopping me from using all of the vision that I knew was available for me. Dr Jaffe did an "EXCELLENT" surgery on them a week ago today(3 Dec 18). As of today he has released me from his care. I would totally recommend this Doctor to anyone that might need this kind of surgery. He and his entire staff were attentive, & professional. ????????????????
Just left my moms appointment and I can honestly say Dr Jaffe is very nice and personable . He made sure I understood all that is going to happen and what could possibly happen. His technician Blanca was also very nice. I would highly recommend him not only to patients at the practice I work at but my family as well.
