Very supporting employees....I like the place

I needed to renew my car registration and it only took 30 seconds for them to call my number. Everyone there was so nice and helpful.

Went there today to get passports. Alejandra was the best!! Probably 10 minutes w her outside the time to fill out the forms.

I dealt with two employees there to renew my passport. I spoke to a man over the phone who was very eager and willing to answer any questions I had. I came in and was greeted by (what sounded like) the same man, telling me someone would be right with me. I ended up being helped by a woman there, and she was very nice. They took their time, weren't rude, and were very informative. They will take your passport picture there at the office for an extra $12.

Came to get both my daughters' passports and even though I thought I had everything ready and with me I still asked if they could let me know of anything else I needed and the guy at the window took the time to go thru one by one every item or document I needed, he was very nice and professional, didn't wait in line, this was a TUES and in the middle of the day... THANK U SO MUCH!
