  I am very happy that I found Audio Concepts. I have been looking for a knowledgeable and friendly audio and video store for a while now. I have made two purchase there so far (Golden Ear speakers and an NAD audio/video controller), and I’m delighted with their performance. I worked with Jorge-Anthony. When I was talking to him about what I was looking for, he listened very carefully, asked clarifying questions, and in fact, took notes. Then he played several pieces of music to demonstrate the sound, and then asked me for some choices that he also played. The whole experience was very casual and enjoyable.
  
  I had been purchasing audio and video products on-line for some time now, as I’d been to some high-end shops and received the snobby treatment. It was just the opposite at Audio Concepts.
  
  I have set up audio and video in 5 different houses, so at first I hesitated when he offered to install the speakers for me. But even with my experience, I thought “I’ll give this a try”, and I’m sure glad that I did. The installation of speakers is so critical. He would make an adjustment, sit down and listen, and make smaller and smaller adjustments, with the final adjustment being maybe a quarter of an inch. Do I know how to set them up? Yes. Do I have a trained ear for very fine adjustment? No. Having the professional installation was well worth it.
  
  For me, the entire experience was wonderful. And I’m heading back there soon for my next upgrade.

  I recently visited Audio Concepts in Dallas, Texas and purchased a GoldenEar SuperSub X, from Jorge-Anthony Polo. The piece of equipment is exactly what I needed for my system. The size, quality and sound performance is suburb and quite possibly the best bang for the buck, in high end audio subwoofers. Audio Concepts has a nice selection of products that have obviously been selected for not only their reference level performance, but their pricing compared to their industry peers. Audio Concepts is a clean, organized and hosts five listening rooms, as well as a few other niches set-up for display and listening as well. They are dealers for Mcintosh, Rega, Wilson, Simaudio, Nad, Sony, Naim, Linn, Magnepan, Vandersteen, and many other well known top shelf manufacturers.
  I'm a 61 year old consumer that remembers when the Dallas, Ft. Worth area supported a half dozen or more stores such as this not that very long ago. Now it's a rarity to find even a couple quality vendors such as Audio Concepts, in our area. Remember it doesn't cost that much more to have the best equipment available, which may very well last you a lifetime and have repair facilities and technical support available to you as well. Audio Concepts is a 5 star proposition all day long. Respectfully, Mike White

  i could NOT recommend this place more. Landon was patient, kind and extremely informative about the audio components they sell. Michael was also helpful, but Landon was the salesperson i dealt with the most. my new rega planar 2 is a stunning piece of audio equipment- both in sound and looks. i couldn’t be happier with my purchase and am very glad i chose audio concepts. if you’re looking for midrange to high end audio, this is the place!!

  I went in looking for a specific part. Jorge-Anthony was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The store has an impressive collection of high-end turntables and audio equipment. World class service and products.

  Very helpful staff. They helped me with advice on buying headphones and we're one of the few places that had a variety of high end options to try. Great place to bounce questions about various audio needs, not only stereo equipment. Store is a comfortable place to be in. I'd recommend stopping in.
