(August 29, 2019, 8:16 pm)I took a 45 minute class on a Sunday morning here and LOVED it. This was my first visit to the studio, which could have been overwhelming, but was not.
We were welcomed at the front desk and given a tour and walked through the process of thr actual class. The front desk had designated lockers with our names and encouraging messages on them, which was a very cute and personal touch. Once we were getting ready to start the class, I was assisted with getting my bike set up and clipped into the pedals.
I typically hate cardio but this went by super quickly because of the variety, challenge, and music, so I'll definitely be back!
The studio also provides private changing rooms and tons of essentials, so I was able to freshen up after class without lugging around a packed gym bag.
My favorite part was that after the class, you receive an email detailing your stats, an estimate of calories burned, and your rank in the class.
(February 27, 2019, 10:42 pm)I've been taking classes for 5 months and it's the best workout. The high intensity/interval cardio training is just the change I was needing. Great instructors are very friendly, challenging and supportive. Awesome community!
