Chief Michelle is very friendly, professional, explains everything, gives suggestions and lets you taste as you go. We even helped a little in the class. (November 20, 2017, 12:44 pm)This place is amazing. We took our time trying all the flavors and learning more about the process of making olive oil. This place is so much more than a retail store. The owner was there and helped us try pairings that would suit our tastes.
I came home and tried the Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil in a pork dish I had made before. Michelle had suggested I use the oil as a marinade and the result was amazing. It was incredibly tasty and healthy, too! I’ll be back to refill my bottles soon.
Tonight I’m trying roasted vegetables tossed with some infused vinegar. Can’t wait to go back to Infused and get more tips.
