It took 3 weeks them to fix my McBook. And eventually couldn't fix and they sent my device to Apple. Couldn't understand why they did not direct me at the beginning to Apple.

This place is great! I took my macbook here because my screen was destroyed, and it was ready for pickup the next day. They updated me through the whole process, and when I picked up it looked brand new. The techs are friendly and helpful too, definitely my new go to for repairs😁

Sewelltech is a top notch business and can be a life saver when your Macintosh goes down. I have used them now for over 20 years to fix my computers and I honestly say that I won't let anyone else touch my computers except them. The screen on my Macbook pro broke but was still covered under AppleCare. I typically take my Apple products to an Apple store, but with COVID their appointments are limited/non-existent, so I was referred to Sewelltech as an authorized third-party that could repair it using my AppleCare. I was a little leery of not taking it to Apple, but Sewelltech did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again. I called and was able to drop it off same day. They updated me within a couple hours to confirm it was covered under AppleCare and that they had ordered the part, and I was able to pick back up my Macbook within 3 days. Highly recommend!
