(December 16, 2019, 12:04 am)I had a comfortable stay here. I enjoy being acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. I had called to see if I could check in a few hrs early and was so glad the hotel accommodated. I truly needed this as there are special precautions due to medicines that needed to stay very cold. I chose a room on the top floor through the app and was still able to have this room with calling to request early check-in. I believe with this, they went above and beyond to meet my needs. It's not typical but was due to my medical condition. Thank you for that. The Christmas tree was a bonus. The bed was comfy. This room was smaller than what we are used to especially when rearranging furniture to sleep. When you let the bed out in the living room, the space to the bedroom door was only about two feet. The door to the bedroom also wouldn't stay closed and there was no blanket for the sofa sleeper. I called down to request one and this is the first hotel that told me I'd have to come get it myself instead of the staff bringing it up. I also didn't like the fact that you pay $5/day for parking. The $5 was cheapest in the area though as when searching, some hotels in this district charge $10/day or more. All in all though, pretty good stay. We even used the shuttle to the convention that we were there for.
