  As a former D1 athlete, once you’re out of that lifestyle it can be so hard to get back on it by yourself. 9Round mixed it up for me and now I’m hooked. Not only am I 20 pounds down - and counting - but I love getting up in the morning and getting my sweat on with Pong and Gary because they actually work with you and care about your improvement and helping you meet your goals.

  What I love about 9Rounds is how easy it is to fit a workout into my schedule. I don't have to scramble to get there it time for a class to start. I can come in whenever and start my workout and be done in 30 minutes, and burn 500 calories! I'm a gym rat, but once my wife started raving about it, I had to check it out. Great cross-training if you are looking to mix it up, or just a great workout to get in shape!

  I made a new year's resolution (like many people do). I wanted to lose weight and become more active, but I didn't know if I would be able to do it. I have never liked gyms because it is hard to use the machines when you are less than 5ft tall. I saw an ad on Facebook about 9Round and decided to give it a shot. The first day, I went for a free workout and let me tell you it was an eye opener. I felt like I was about to die!!! However, I knew this place would definitely help me reach my goals because it didn't have any difficult machines AND they had a full staff of people telling you what to do for each round and guiding you through the process. For someone that knew nothing about kickboxing this sealed the deal. I have been actively going to 9Round since January 18. It is not easy to fit it in the schedule because I work far away but not having to worry about a specific class time and just showing up whenever is amazing. I have lost weight, toned my body, increased my stamina and overall feel more happy and confident about my body. Thanks to the amazing staff that guided me through the exercises every day, you guys made the workouts fun and your energy makes everybody eager to workout. Hands down THE best gym!

  I’ve been going to 9 round for over a year now, and the only thing I regret is not joining this gym sooner !
  -I love how positive and helpful the team is.
  -The 30 min circuit gives my body a full work out ????????
  -I can even go during my lunch break and get it over with
  -The workout rutine changes every day, it never gets boring !
  -I got free Gloves and wraps when I joined
  -Great location, there’s a lot of parking spaces too (underground garage available for parking.)
  -By going consistently (at least 3 times a week) I noticed a rapid change!
  
  If you want to work out and have fun at the same time come try 9ROUND! ????
