  Great place for piano sales & service. They only use tuners who are members of The Piano Technicians Guild. Their repair shop is equipped to do complete rebuilding of grand pianos and is run by a master technician with over 40 years experience. He rebuilt my Baldwin L and it looks and plays like it just came from the factory. Great people.

  Do yourself a favor and don't use anyone else other than Pitch Perfect. Brandon just finished tuning my piano and he did an AMAZING job. Not only did he fix the issues I was having, he made it sound better than the day I bought it. He is extremely knowledgeable and overall a very pleasant individual. Very prompt and polite, will definitely use him again for future services. Thanks again Brandon!

  We had a piano moved from a Plano to McKinney address, and I was amazed just how difficult this job is when the piano has to be moved up a long 18 Ft. high spiral wooden staircase! These people did a great job with no damage to the piano or stairway. I was very impressed with how heavy and hard a task this is and want to commend this company with handling it as well as they did. I would strongly recommend them.

  We're in the process of moving off the continent and are trying to sell our baby grand. After finding positive reviews on Angie's list, we hired Brandon to appraise our 1970's refurbished baby grand. He came all the way to The Colony, TX, was on time, courteous, and thorough. He was so honest and thorough that he asked us for more time to complete the appraisal since our piano was a unique model of Baldwin that had only been in production for a limited amount of years.
  
  I love his honesty! We had a verbal appraisal done and later we called Brandon again for a written one. He was so very accommodating, responsive, and such a great listner on the phone. We highly recommend them for the fulfillment of your piano needs.
