A little late, but we built our home, had an Isokern fireplace installed in 2010 and it is working great. Install was perfect, enjoyment of fireplace is fantastic and easy for ignition, Manual, and utmost importance was safety of use, and communication from Earthcore and our builder. I would do it again ! Written in October 2018.
