First off I'd like to point out that this shop is one of the cleanest shops I've seen. It's very well maintained and to me that speaks volumes on the amount of pride and care the staff has with their workspace.
And second I've met the owner (Marco) and he's very polite and pays great attention to what I ask. He's very straight forward and talking to him feels genuine. It doesn't seem like he's out to nickel and dime me, and that he's genuinely happy that I brought my business to him.
Overall great experience!
