  I have been seeing Cynthia for about 6 months. I came down with frozen shoulder and after about 3 months it was almost completely gone! Now I return for maintenance. I’ve been so happy with the results and Cynthia is amazing. She is very kind and so informative and knowledgeable about her craft. I would highly recommend her and will never see anyone else!

  My first experience with Polarity Therapy was AMAZING! Cynthia is so gifted! It was so relaxing and upon completion I felt a burden lifted off my shoulders. Very welcoming environment! I can’t wait for my next session!

  Cynthia's body work helped me immensely with some pain in my hands, and I always feel balanced, focused and refreshed after a session. The space is comfortable and up-lifting. It's a wonderful place to take a yoga private, attend a seminar, or get any one of many treatments in Cynthia's broad and holistic vocabulary. I can't wait to go back!
