Dr. Feinstein is outstanding and has helped me stay healthy and recover from some issues. The staff is clueless and cold. Twice I have been given appointments only to get there and find no record of it. It's very difficult to get help from them on the phone. They should be calling me if my appointment was cancelled. I'm not sure about their appointment automation. I saw the Dr. in January and received an auto generated email in March saying I was "missed" and need to see the Dr. at least once a year.
The best man on this planet. I thank g/d for him every day.
He is a very caring doctor, very easy to talk to, explains every question you ask him and very friendly. This doctor is different from all the other doctor I had. He is an excellent doctor and we were very satisfied with all his recommendation and approach for my thyroid problem. I highly recommend him.
