Half Price Appliances

Was skeptical to purchase at this location based on all the reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wasn't disappointed. I got a Samsung washer and dryer set at a reasonable price. The dryer started acting weird within two weeks but their response was immediate! They brought me another dryer while they repaired mine so I wouldn't be without one if the repair took too long. Fortunately, it was something they could repair very quickly and I got my dryer back the very next day. I do think there is room for improvement in their customer service -- especially the gentleman who sometimes answers the phone. He can come off a bit rude sometimes, but I think it has more to do on him being focused on getting his work done for the day and taking care of his customers than actually intending to be rude. Some people's minds run faster than others, I know because my husband is the same way. lol He comes off rude to some people but he's just trying to be productive by being direct and getting to the point and that's not really a bad thing. Thank you to the delivery men who drove out here multiple times (while it was raining). They were very polite, knowledgeable, professional and worked very quick. I was able to resume my laundry within minutes each time they came by. Definitely recommend this used appliance store!! Don't be deceived by the bad reviews -- and don't take anything too personal.

Great customer service and affordable prices

Fast and easy! They said delivery would be on Monday and it was... even in the pouring rain! The guys set them up for me and hauled off the old set!! Will go back if needed!
