  I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.  I returned a month later with two additional prints and they turned out beautiful.  We always get compliments on all 5 framed prints. Thank you, Sam!

  Very friendly, over the top service. Sam had a hugh job but squeezed me into his schedule. Awesome frame work! I'm a customer for life and will refer others to this business.

  Had some questions regarding what is the best acrylic to get and Sam was so helpful! Really recommend if you are looking for framing/photo services!

  Sam had very nice collection of frames. His pricing is competitive. Quality of his work is remarkable. Got couple of sets of canvases framed by him which came really nice,

  Just stopped by near Quiznos and found a huge selection of oil canvas pictures. Their in wholesale area but allow retail shopping- SCORE! =) ok now my secrets out.
