(March 2, 2019, 9:30 pm)Ate at Picasso's Bar & Grill, and got coffee at Starbucks Drive-Thru here. An older neighborhood shopping center, with good parking along Inwood Road. Several businesses here, the Starbucks is newest, up front right along Inwood with a big outdoor patio porch with railing all around.
